Is there a way to replicate the "sibling" expression behavior for Flat lists?

Summary:

I've a requirement in which I need to validate if there are 2 nodes in a Flat list having the same property.

Say, UD1-UD2-UD3-UD4-UD5, UD1-UD2-UD3-UD43-UD5 - I want to check if there are 2 nodes in the flat list having "UD1-UD2-UD3". If so, I want to return an expression or null. I assumed sibling could have been a way to go about it but currently, the application is not allowing me to use the functionality on a flat list. How can I proceed about this?
