Unable to default location set and country to specific values in Manage Locations screen

in Fusion Applications Administration

Hello,
I have the following requirements:

  1. default the location set 'AT Set' when creating a new location

2. change the default value for country from 'Ireland' to 'Austria'

However, I an unable to do that in VBCS:

  1. In VBCS i do not see any field named 'location set'

2. In VBCS the country field is not available in Main Address section

Could you please advise how to achieve that?
