Discrepancy in Actual Effort Displayed on Screen vs. Certificate

Hello,

I noticed an inconsistency in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning system regarding the “Actual Effort” metric after completing training. On the learning screen, the effort is displayed in minutes, whereas on the certificate, it is displayed in hours.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this discrepancy? I would appreciate any suggestions or guidance to ensure both values are consistent.
