EPBCS Financials Icon is missing in one of the enviroments

Summary: We are trying to use the Financials section in our planning module which is one of our old environments so we cannot clone. When I attempted to review the configuration, I noticed that the 'Application' in our current Production environment does not have the 'Configure' in it.

Version of our production version is 25.10.76 and old production planning module environment are similar. Did something change ? How do we locate it ?


Does any have steps to configure / enable it and how to use it as well ? It looks to very useful for our team and hence we are trying to review this feature.
