Automatic Min-Max planning based on consumption supply chain transaction data

Hello Team,

We have Inventory management and oracle cloud supply planning in our scope. Currently, our client uses custom planning tool to calculate automatic min max quantities, The min and max thresholds are derived based on historical supply chain transactional data such as On hand, Purchase Orders, Transfer Orders and Work Orders. Client is looking for similar capability in oracle cloud. As far as I know the automatic min-max based on inventory policy in oracle is based upon consumption/past history and not based on transactional data. Please let me know has anyone came across such requirement and implemented similar min max process
