Accrual error : running accural for future hire

Hi experts ,

I hired an dummy employee in future date and another one as of feb 01 , both with Grade 11 , whihc is a valida grade for accural matrix

tried to run their accural but above error pops up.

Its working fine for if I change the grade of an existing employee to grade 11 in the system , I have just tested for 2 new hires both are having error . below are plan setup and matrix. Please please advice

This is working fine for already hired employees for new year 2026 as well even though there is a grade change to grade 11
