Options to manage large amounts of supplier creation

Summary: At our company we get about 200 new suppliers each week. The manual entry of the supplier information takes a lot of time because there is quite some data to check/screens to enter. We have to check address in KVK, check bank account in surepay, etc.

Currently we have build a robot to manage these huge amounts because it takes too much manual labor. We were wondering how other companies handle this. Are there other options to facilitate supplier creation?

We were thinking of having the requesters do this, but there is quite some financial data that must be entered which has to be checked, so you can't simply ask anyone to do this.
