Why attachment unique id gets different when ran via AI Agent?

Hi,

I'm using this REST API for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement - Get all attachments in my workflow agent to get all the attachments. If you see the below screenshots, output from AI Agent differs from what I had in Postman.

Agent needs to pass this attachmentsUniqID to Document Processor so it can read its contents. Due to this, I'm getting 404 Not Found error as it is passing the as-is value 300000123394203%2C300000123394201. This works when I tried to hardcode the value I got from postman.
