We are loading a CAMT.053 bank statement XML file into ARCS Data Management and encountering the following error:

Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 27; columnNumber: 2391;
XML-20109: (Fatal Error) PI with the name 'xml' can occur only in the beginning of the document.
