item not showing while creating process work definition

Summary:

While creating a Process WD for an Item that was created from Product Management, the Item is not showing up in the LOV.

Item is associated to the Manufacturing Plant and there is a valid structure as well (Though Structure is not Mandatory).

Is there any other Item attribute causing issue ?

Item is active, linked to plant, has structure. It has engineered item flag enabled and Structure type is Formula
