 Actual Behavior
The "Import Supply Chain Data for Backlog Management" ESS process is executed each time collections are run. The collection process completes in about 8 minutes, but this ESS process continues for approximately 40 minutes with every cycle. This occurs consistently, although a few prior runs did not trigger the process.

 Expected Behavior
The "Import Supply Chain Data for Backlog Management" ESS process should only be triggered when there are relevant changes, such as modifications to sourcing rules, assignment sets, or category sets, as suggested in Oracle documentation (Doc ID KB73399). It should not run with every collections job if there are no such changes.
