Create custom supplier role

Hi all.

I want to define a custom role for Supplier Portal, with only the following accesses:

Negotiations: just to Review all details, but not to edit, manage or delete.
Orders: just to Review all details, including the lifecycle. Not able to manage or update.
Agreements: just to Review all details. Not able to manage or update.
Receipts and returns: just to Review all details. Not able to create receipts.
Invoices: just to Review all details and able to only create invoices against a purchase order.
Payments: just to Review all details. Not able to manage or update.
Contracts: just to Review all details. Not able to manage or update.
