Approver able to approve the Learning Request which got cancelled

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a scenario below in the Learning Request approval,

Day 1 – Requestor submit Request1 for approval – Approver receives the notification to approve/reject. He/She didn’t take any action on it.

Day 2 – Requestor withdraws the Request1 which is pending for approval – Approver receives the cancellation notification for that Request1.

Day 2 – System still allows the approver to approve the notification which he/she received on Day1.

We would like to understand the system behavior on this scenario.
