Approver able to submit the Information in the approval notification

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a scenario below in the Learning Request approval,

Requestor submit Request1 for approval – Approver receives the notification to approve/reject. Approver request for more information.

Approver still able to submit the information in the same notification which he requested for more information.

Approver got the information submitted notification to himself since he submitted.

We would like to understand the system behavior on this scenario. Also we would need to restrict the approver not to submit the information since he is the one who requested for information to the requestor.
