IMPORTANT: Translations for Skill Description

As part of the Oracle delivered skill library for Oracle Dynamic Skills, does it offer translation support for all languages for skill descriptions? Based on a few documents that I saw, only 6 languages are supported. One third of our client's workforce uses either Traditional or Simplified Chinese and this will lead to a disjointed experience when they see the skill name in Chinese but the descriptions are in English.
