I need to build an analysis that shows the headcount for the logged-in manager for the last 5 years.

Summary:

I need to build an analysis that shows the headcount for the logged-in manager for the last 5 years.

I created the analysis using the Workforce Management – Workforce Trend Real Time subject area.

However, the Manager Name from the Manager folder always shows the current active manager, even when an employee’s manager was different in previous years.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there a way to retrieve the historical manager for each year while calculating headcount using the Workforce Trend subject area?
