We currently run several internship and trainee programs where participants are onboarded as non-workers in HR. This limits many of the activities they can perform in Oracle, for example, they cannot be assigned as procurement agents.

Is there any documentation or reference material that outlines the limitations for non-workers, or explains which functions the system is not designed to support for this category?
