Summary:
I have assigned roles for the end user, agent, manager and administrator and the help desk requests are lost.

When I create a request as an end user, the request dissappears, it gets created but it is not within the HR requests list, it doesn't even appear for the end user as a request they created. If i create a request as an agent, then it is visible. Any ideas why?
