Hello everyone!

I have created some flexfields on the employment relationship, with the code PER_PPS_DF, and I used these fields made visible through an HCM Experience Design Studio rule only for the termination process. However, I noticed that when I convert a pending worker, these custom fields appear in the employment relationship section (they are not mandatory).

I have checked the Q&A for the "Hire an Employee" process, and everything seems fine—these fields are not flagged there.

What should I check next to ensure these fields only appear during termination and not during the pending worker conversion?
