Dynamic locator functionality not working as expectation on the Redwood Page

Hi Community Need help on below -  @Yann Consolin-Oracle @Lynn Warneka-Oracle @Adnan Siddiqui-Oracle@Shyam Patel  @Victor Martin

Unable to enter a locator value outside the list of values (LOV) for a dynamic locator–enabled subinventory when performing miscellaneous transactions or processing receiving lines.
