Quote To Field - Negotiation and Renewal Tab - No Lines Contracts

in Enterprise Contracts

Hello. I am using no line type contracts and i notice there is a negotiation and renewal tab, which is used especially for this type of contracts.

One the fields I can populate is the Contact Name under the Quote To section:

However, i can't find no value available for this field. I've tried several things to make it have a value, but no values are shown.

Can anyone please help me with this issue? An also explain the purpose of this section please.
