Replace Component Guided Task - Has anyone been able to make this work?

Summary:

Has anyone successfully used the Guided Task for Component Replacement? After every new release, I retest this functionality to see if its working. We recently had our demo environment updated to 26A, so I tested it again.

Everything Looked promising. My Change Order was created, however I got an error during the final task - View Change Order Status

Checked My Change Order (CCO with no Approvals) and it actually processed all the way through to Complete.

Then I checked the details on my change order and instead of replacing the original component with the replacement, it kept the original component and removed all the other components from the Item Structure.
