Mass Upload of Tax Jurisdictions – Native Alternative to RPA?

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation for Brazil, where we need to set up a new tax that requires creating Tax Jurisdictions for all Brazilian municipalities (approximately 5,570 records).

We are currently considering an RPA-based approach (Power Automate), but we are looking for a more robust, native Oracle method to perform this mass load to ensure data integrity and easier maintenance.

I have looked into the Rapid Implementation spreadsheets, but I mostly found templates related to Tax Accounts. I have a few specific questions:

  1. Is there a specific FBDI template or Tax Implementation Workbook (Excel-based) that supports the bulk upload of Tax Jurisdictions mapped to the Brazil Geography Hierarchy?
