How to load live plan documents into an AI agent using a Business Object as the source?

Summary:

Hello everyone, I'm developing an AI Benefits Agent AI that needs to access the documents linked to the plan in the "Plan Design Documents":

I checked the benefits API and didn't find any endpoint that provides the document.
The reason I'm not using a tool with a RAG document is that the document may be changed later, and the user can't access 'Agent Studio' to update it every time it's needed, plus the process is quite complicated. For this reason, I'm trying to load the file through a 'Business Object' so the agent can add it to the context.
