How to resolve FND_VS_VAL_NOT_IN_LIST error - Visual Builder Add-in for Excel

Summary:

I am trying to create a workbook leveraging the Visual Builder Add-in for Excel to create unprocessed project costs. After populating the required data and uploading to the connected instance, I am receiving the following error:

"_Expenditure_Type_ID_Display xxxx is not in the list of values. (FND:::FND_VS_VAL_NOT_IN_LIST)

The issue seems to be related to the value populated in the Expenditure Type Column of the Project Standard Cost Collection Flexfields section. The Context Value selected is PJC_All.

The Expenditure Type field LOV is driven by the Polymorphic Bind Parameter 'SystemLinkageFunction' which I have set to the constant value 'PJ'. The Expenditure Type field is also dependent on the Expenditure Item date that is populated in worksheet (note: this is built into the workbook by default).
