Reporting on Celebrate Nominations and Questionnaire Data in OTBI

In our organization, employees use Celebrate to nominate colleagues for awards, and after a selection process, we choose a set number of winners. I need to report on all nominees and include details such as gender, hierarchy level, and organization hierarchy.

Specifically, I’d like to know:

• Can Celebrate nomination data be reported in OTBI?
• If so, where can I find nominee information? I haven’t found it in the Celebrate subject area.
• If nominee data is available, how can I join it with workforce data to include gender, hierarchy level, and organization hierarchy?
