Issue with accounts FCCS_CICTA and FCCS_OR OBFXCICTA

When we rolled into a new year i.e..,Jan FY24 and Jan FY25 from FY23 and FY24, respectively, the value in FCCS_CICTA went to 0 and FCCS_OR OBFXCICTA increased by that value. However that is not happening when we are moving from FY25 to Jan FY26. Is anybody else seeing this issue?
