Create and update Project Class Categories in bulk

in Project Management

We are making changes to how projects are set up for our Accounting team and will need to be able to create new Project Class Categories in bulk. I've found options to create or update the existing value assigned to a project, but I'm not finding any options this via FBDI or Rest API to create the Project Class Category itself other than manually in the UI. Can anyone confirm if it is possible to create them in bulk?
