Problem with see result in Sales Forecast

We have followed the configuration guide in the documentation for Forecast. The processes have been programmed correctly and we also have routines for forecast categories such as Best Case and Commit. We still cannot see any values reflected in Forecast. We have reviewed the configuration three times following the same process and we can't see any results.

We see this Opportunities whit the Forecast Category.

What else we need to do for work the Forecast?
