Default Project Calendar by Project Type or Template?

Summary:

Ability to determine and default the project calendar for a project based on the project type/template at creation in PFM.

We have a requirement to default the project calendar based on the project type/template as we have different resource working hours based on the country of the project.

Currently the only possible project calendar defaulting is in the implementation options for project execution management, and it applies to all projects.

It is unfeasible to leave the selection of project calendar to the PM as they will only be using PFM and resource management.
