Unable to publish copied HCM Onboard Assistant(26A)

in Oracle AI for Fusion Applications

I am unable to publish a copied Onboard Assistant agent in Oracle Fusion HCM (26A).

After analysis, I noticed that the issue occurs when the agent prompt contains HTML code (specifically HTML used to define the output format as a table). When I remove the HTML portion from the prompt, the agent publishes successfully.

Has anyone faced a similar issue in 26A?
Is there any limitation or known restriction on using HTML (table formatting) inside agent prompts, or is this a known bug with copied agents?

Any guidance or workaround would be appreciated.
