We are unable to create OTBI report for "Physical Inventory Adjustments" Pending Adjustment status

Summary:

As per the user’s request, they require a report for “Approve Physical Inventory Adjustments” that identifies the items that were rejected.

User reviewed OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and found that there are currently no subject areas available for Physical Inventory Adjustments; therefore, They are unable to build this report using OTBI.

User asking to  confirm whether there is any standard ESS job (Enterprise Scheduler Service) or another standard approach to extract rejected item details, such as adjustment number, item, quantity, rejection reason, approver, and rejection date/status? If an alternative method is available—such as a standard report, log, BI Publisher report, or database table/view—please advise.
