Using google docs for Procurement contracts instead of Microsoft Suite

Summary:

We had a requirement to use google docs for the procurement contracts accessing editing and uploading but currently we have only microsoft plugins supporting the same to open the contract docs in word. Let us know the solution to use google docs as per the requirements since this was implemented by client globally and cannot be changed due to Oracle Procurement contracts implementation.
