Defaulting Shipment DFF context Value in Manage shipment Screen - Oracle fusion cloud

Summary:

We have a requirement to Default shipment DFF context value. Our client has business in India and China. In the shipment header pages business have different DFF's values to be defaulted. To suffice this requirement we created context value as India and China and created required DFF segments.
Now business is asking us if we can default Context value to China if China user login or China Inventory org is selected for Shipment.
We are in UAT and earliest response will be helpful. Thank you
