Accessing Servprov Domain Role from Other Domain

Summary:

Is there a possibility that we can access the SERVPROV Domain role from the current domain say ABC.

I created a user in PUBLIC domain and then provided access to the roles from ABC and SERVPROV.
However, when I switch to these roles, I see blank page, no menu appears.

Tried to access the same from ABC domain , the SERVPROV role but there it just displays the ADMIN Menu.

Can anyone advice on this ?
