DBMS_CLOUD.COPY_DATA performance Issue

Summary:

I am loading the data from CSV file on OIC object storage to ATP using DBMS_CLOUD.COPY_DATA The execution time of this approach is not Consistent. For some run it is taking more that 4 min thus causing timeout error, in some run it is completing within 7 sec even though the data volume is same. Can someone suggest work around on this to effectively load the data from Object storage bucket. (Note: Calling this procedure from OIC)
