New Unified Layout Set Error - Table Not Found

Summary:

I am working on a time & labor requirement to separate out a group of employees from a larger group to enable a new layout component on timecard to record meal break. The original configuration for larger group was based on the non-unified layout set which had dependent attributes for Job, Location &Rate. However, now by default only unified layout can be created in system and only independent attributes are allowed as layout component.
