Summary:

Previously Change order details report was available to download in PDF format but post 25B patch it is no longer available to download in PDF format. Only Excel (.xls) is available.

Is there any way to download Change order details report in PDF format?

Business impact:

The removal of the PDF output option from the Change Order Detail Reports has created significant regulatory, compliance, and operational risk. Change Order reports are routinely provided to auditors and regulatory bodies as controlled, read-only quality records to demonstrate compliance with FDA QSR (21 CFR Part 820) and ISO 13485 requirements, and the Excel-only output introduces the risk of unintended modification and compromised record integrity. In addition, our Contract Manufacturers rely on PDF Change Order Detail Reports generated directly from the PLM system as the authoritative reference to implement changes and ensure alignment between internal and external Device Master Records
