Tracking Oracle Role Changes using OTBI

Good afternoon team, recently we received a request from a client asking whether it is possible to create an OTBI report to track changes made to Oracle roles. They need to know what changes were made to a role, whether a user “X” was assigned a new role unexpectedly, or whether new privileges were added. All of this information is required with the corresponding dates.

As far as I understand, this information can currently only be reviewed using Oracle Audit functionality. However, I wanted to check whether any of you have had a similar experience and how you approached it, since our client is under SOX audit.
