One column not taking formatting with design time formatting on forms

Summary: I am working with design time formatting to format a form. When I apply the formatting and hit save there is one column that is not taking the formatting. I have tried deleting and recreating that column and clearing the formatting and starting over again. This is in the custom styles only view. Has anyone else seen this? I am seeing this in smartview and in the browser.
