Bulk Close Option Not Showing

We would like to bulk close test reconciliations that came over to production. We are not seeing the bulk options in the Actions menu drop down on the reconciliations page. In configuration settings the bulk options are turned on. Does this have something to do with the UI version or something like that?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
