bi publisher with xml parameter

I have the following requirement:
From OIC, I need to send data to a BI publisher so that it can return a PDF file containing the data I send.
The data is large, with 20 columns and approximately 100 rows.
I would appreciate your help in solving this problem in the way I'm planning, or perhaps a better solution.
