Accommodating SQL Based Variables in Contracts

Summary:

Hello,

Our Client currently has SQL based variables for their Contracts that default different values based off Solicitation Type. For example, "KEYWORD1" would show "Proposal" for an RFP, but show "Bid" for an IFB. Their current system is setup in such a way that any Clause containing "KEYWORD1" would automatically update its value based on the Solicitation Type.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Is this functionality possible to obtain in Fusion Enterprise Contracts?

We would like to setup something similar for our Terms Templates. We would like to have the Negotiation Type dictate the Values populated in the various Variables (KEYWORD1, KEYWORD2, etc.).

Howdy, Stranger!
