During a training session, a display issue was observed where right-clicking to open the Action Menu in a Task can cause the Global Toolbar (as seen below) to disappear, reappear, or shift position.

This issue appears in both Test and Prod environments and impacts Chrome and Edge browsers, even after clearing the cache or updating. Firefox does not exhibit this problem. The issue only happens in
