Restrict LOV values for Employee
Summary:
In HR Help Desk, we have configured a custom field in application composer which is based on a lookup and and enabled the new field on Service Request pages/layouts using VBCS for Employees & Agents.
Our requirement is to display only 4 out of 6 values for employees and to display all values to Agents & Managers. Is there any way in VBCS to control the display values to employees versus agents.
If dynamic restriction of values is not possible, does HRH Help Desk support field level validations so as to display error message to employee when Admin/Agent specific values are selected by employee?
