cost details are not appearing on shipment cost

Hi,

I am planning my order with a planning parameter having parameter 'RATING ENGINE STORES DETAILED COST INFORMATION' set to Default 'true' value only, but when i am planning the shipment, there is nothing visible in the COST DETAIL section.

is there anything else that needs to be enabled to get this calculation?
