Formula Tab is not working as no items are available to add

Summary: We are trying to work with the new formula feature but the formula tab in item creating is not fetching data or structure.

We have followed the "Steps to Enable and Configure" Section, but it does not work as shown in the What's New Readiness. Redwood: Create and Edit Formulas
