Supply plan is showing a requisition which has been closed

Summary: We have a requisition which shows on supply plan as a source of supply. However that requisition was closed and the items were never purchased. I am trying to remove this orphan requisition so we can order the item as needed.

Can this be fixed in the UI or do I need a code fix?
