Is there a way to hide the AI Assist pop up in performance documents?

Summary:

We're using the new "AI Assist," feature inside of the comments section of our performance documents this year. We've noticed this pop up (see below) shows up any time you go into the performance document and the only way to close it out is to click on the "X," every time.

Is there a way to turn this pop up / message off? We did not see an option to turn this off in VBS.
