How to hide app links in "Other" section

Summary:

We have a requirement to hide the "Other" section from our Pending Worker role. When opening a sandbox with the Structure tool, all other icons have an option to use an EL expression to hide the section itself, but "Others" does not. I also tried using Page Composer to hide all the app icons under "Others", but there do not appear to be unique links for each one. The one place I tried putting an expression in ended up hiding everything, Me, My Teams, My Client Groups, the works.

Has anyone else been able to do this, hiding the entire "Others" section, or individual below it? Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
